MOVEMENT is at the core of everything we do. Our work develops the ability to ”write on the floor”; to catch an impulse – characterise, concretise and take it into form and performance. Technique is trained parallell with expression. We do not follow any specific method or trend, but work from inner knowing and let that guide our knowledge. We create exercises, choreographies and phrases on the spot for the person or group we are working with, based on their specific needs.

Our ACTING process is movement based. It has been developed through years of experience in working for stage and screen, internationally. It encourages exploration and re-discovery of ones self and the world we live in. It expands the physical range of the performer, identifies habitual patterns of behaviour and raises awareness of centre, breathing, energy and inner knowing. It develops the ability to explore content from any given point, theme or context, in order to get new tools for expression. Through precision in gesture and voice, the performer becomes able to formulate stories and articulate their own artistic style.

DRAMATIC COMBAT is the illusion of physical conflict. If done well, dramatic combat can heighten a performance as it pushes the contrasts of the play or the film. If done badly, however, it tends to sink a performance. We work from context (meaning story, character and expression), to make the scene and the choreography come alive for the audience. Our work is based on safety and communication, musicality in movement and storytelling.

Our VOICE work is movement based. It encourages exploration and re-discovery of ones internal instrument, as well as how the voice travels externally. It expands your vocal range, identifies habitual behaviour and raises awareness of expression, context and space. Our voice work frees the voice so one can work from ease. It is not a specific technique, but a way of exploration where we together develop the performers individual technique and expression, to be able to articulate their own artistic style. The process has been developed through years of experience working with voice in various contexts, internationally.
